Now that work days are back in full swing, it gets really hard to prepare food from scratch, much less healthy food. It can get overwhelming, juggling a full work schedule and then having plan out a whole meal plan for the day? Its so much easier to just go to work and grab a quick take-out at lunch. But you know what, I lived that life, and I started to do the math… I spent so much money on take out that I could be spending on other things and my diet was really bad. It was so much cheaper to stock up on groceries and make easy lunch recipes at home that I actually enjoyed. Food is more fulfilling when you make it yourself!

Actually taking the time to make something at home is so worth it because one, you’ll be saving money and two you’ll actually be taking control of your diet.
