I don’t know if it’s just my little corner of the world but lately it’s been getting SO hot outside. This naturally got me thinking about things that get me hot and sweaty (other than the sun of course) and number one on that list was steamy, sexy, novels! (Ok that was such a cringy intro but how does one properly write a cool introduction for a post about steamy romance novels? lol)(Also if you know me in real life, please stop reading right now, I beg you!)
I’m just realizing now realizing that this post is going to teach you quite a few things about me. Number one is that reading sexy books is my guilty pleasure and number two is that I may have a sight obsession with smutty werewolf romance novels (we’ll discuss that later)…
- 15 Can’t Wait to Read Books of 2021
- The 10 Best Romance Novels to Read Right Now
- 8 Amazing Dark Academia Inspired Books
Ok random thing but, remember that period of time between like 2000 and 2010 when every female author was coming out with a sexy romance novel. They just don’t write romance like that any more. I mean we still do get some great releases but there was just something special about those you know. Authors in that era did not hold back! And I’m only talking about this because I mention quite a few of those jems from then in this post.
Anyway raunchy books are basically my guilty pleasure and I wanted to share with you guys some of my favorite steamy novels. These books are super steamy, super sexy, super raunchy. Are you ready? Because here are the 10 steamy romance novels you won’t be able to put down.
10 STEAMY ROMANCE NOVELS YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO PUT DOWN
Feral Sins (The Phoenix Pack #1) by Suzanne Wright
Feral Sins is by far the best paranormal romance out there. And it seems fitting starting out this list with this novel. Because of this book I developed a slightly unhealthy obsession with werewolf smut, that’s just how good it is!
The Deal (Off-Campus #1) by Elle Kennedy#
The Deal was probably one of the first books I read in the genre of like new adult smutty romance and till this day this book still stands out in my mind. It was just so good. It doesn’t hurt that the other books in the series are just as good as the first!
Dark Fever is a book that has been around for a while and if you haven’t already read it then you’ve seen it floating around somewhere. There is a reason for that. This book (the entire series in fact) is good. And I mean really really good. Its intriguing and angsty and super sexy.
Wallbanger (Cocktail #1) by Alice Clayton
This probably my favorite spicy book. It is absolutely hilarious and swoony and sexy of course. The book had two of the best love interests I’ve read in a while. They had such effortless banter and chemistry and I just loved them to pieces.
From Blood and Ash (Blood and Ash #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
I feel so basic putting this book on this list because basically everyone and their cat has read and recommended it. But you know what? I don’t mind being the one millionth person to scream about this book because it is just that good.
Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling #1) by Nalini Singh
In the paranormal romance world this book is practically a classic… and with good reason. Its just so freaking good, the plot, the characters, just chefs kiss.
Pretty Reckless (All Saints High #1) by L.J. Shen
There is something seriously wrong with the fact that I seriously enjoyed this book. I mean a bully romance? Ew right? Actually no. LJ worked some kind of voodoo magic and turned this pretty weird trope into one sexy hell of a book.
House of Earth and Blood (Crescent City #1) by Sarah J. Maas
Me stay calm while talking about this book is impossible, adhjkhybscfq!! The beauty about House of Earth and Blood is that it actually has a plot and all the steamy scenes aren’t the main focus of the book so if that is more your jam this book is for you!
Mr. Masters (Mr. Series #1) by T.L. Swan
Ok hear me out, usually the alpha male, macho older guy situation is not my scene. But somehow Mr Masters managed to slip through all the cracks and guards… and I actually enjoyed it?!
Credence by Penelope Douglas
So I left the most umm… interesting book for last. All I will say about it is that it is very intense and just be prepared for A LOT if you choose to crack open its covers.
Obsessed with swoon worth romance novels? Then I hope you enjoyed his post! Are you going to read any of these books? Let me know!
