Winter is coming almost gone. And while many of us pictured a different spring/summer, we all probably will still be spending a lot of time at home. Instead of dwelling on that depressing fact, we should look at the bright side. At least there’s more time to read! (Spring Reading List)
Spring is kind of a difficult season to pin down, especially when you’re talking genres. It’s not like summer (fun and flirty), fall (spooky), winter (dark and mysterious). I think what makes so tough is the fact that spring is not just one thing. Its so many different things in one, which kinda made this list hard to put together. . . To me spring represents rebirth and hope and fighting against the odds. It represents the underdog and the chosen one rising up to defeat hopeless odds. . . So this month I wanted to talk about books that showcase just that. Here are 5 books you need to add to your spring reading list. . .

Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab

The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

Red Rising (Red Rising Saga #1) by Pierce Brown

The Poppy War (The Poppy War #1) by R.F. Kuang

The Gilded Ones (Deathless #1) by Namina Forna
