This post is all about ethereal cottagecore dresses…
It’s officially that time of the year when everything seems new and fresh and exciting. And that is everything that the cottage-core aesthetic embraces! I say this because if you know anything about this aesthetic, you know that one of the biggest parts about it is the love of floral prints. And what’s more fresh and exciting than flowers?
Before I even begin jumping into the post. I want to tackle the question that some of you may be wondering. What is cottagecore?
Cottagecore is this really unique, really amazing aesthetic (but it’s kinda hard to describe!). Think about if you were transported into one of those old fairytales. The ones filled with princesses and adventure. This aesthetic plays on that wish we’ve all had to be a part of a fairytale.
It’s an aesthetic that is about embracing femininity. Everything about the cottagecore aesthetic is light and airy and it’s about picking pieces of clothing that make you feel almost magical.
